Q. What is the auditioning process?

A. There are only 2 rounds; Round 1 is your main interest or interests (singing, dancing, rapping, or visual) then submit a 1-minute video showcasing your talent as well as the audition form to fill out, and a photo. If you pass "Round 1" then you move on to the "Final Round" which are questions to answer and submit. Finally, if you pass the "Final Round" which is based on your answers then you will be contacted via email on the next step to signing to the company, training and preparing for your dream. All forms and videos are submitted via email. Good luck to all auditioners!


Q. What does the mini-training consist of?

A. Dancing, Singing, Acting, Media Etiquette, Language Training.

Q. How long will it take to debut?

A. It will be within months not years.

Q. Is there a training facility?

A. Not at the moment. However, trainees will be trained at another place, such as; at a dance studio for example.

Q. Is there a training fee?

A. Not for the first 2 groups signed.

Q. Is there a break-even debt to pay back the company?

A. Not for the first 2 groups signed.

Q. What if I'm under 18, can I audition?

A. Yes. However, you must get your parent/guardian's permission as well as signing your audition form.

Q. What if I'm under 18, can I become a trainee?

A. It's easier if you are at least 17, passed "Round 1," passed the "Final Audition," live in the Los Angeles area "ONLY" and able to get your parent/guardian's permission to train.

Q. If I'm 17, how long will my training hours be?

A. Since you are a minor, you will need your parent/guardian's permission to train; however, the hours and days will be limited.

Q. How old do I have to be to sign the contract to have a music career?

A. It's preferred that you are age 18.

Q. Can I audition to be in a girl group?

A. Not accepting auditions for a girl group at the moment.

Q. For photo submissions, is there a particular angle is required?

A. No. Just as long as you can be seen clearly.

Q. Do you accept other talents that are fluent in another foreign language?

A. Yes. However, you must be fluent in English as well.

Q. Why do I need to be fluent in English?

A. So that the company can communicate with the talent.

Q. What if I live in a foreign country, can I become a trainee?

A. Yes. However, the company does not pay for plane tickets or any other travel arrangments to the States.

Q. What if I don't have money to travel to the States?

A. Maybe odd jobs, a part-time job, family, friends or fundraiser to support your trip.

Q. Where will the groups/artists will be promoted?

A. All media outlets, including, the company's YouTube TV channel that will be launched soon.

Q. Will the group have any accommodations?

A. Yes. The accommodations list will be sent to the person's email providing they have passed the final round.

Q. Will there be a meeting between groups/artists and the company before training?

A. Yes. The first meeting will always be conducted before training in order to meet and be given a presentation on the entire process.

Q. Why is ethnicity, race, nationality excluded from the questions?

A. Questions on ethnicity, race, or nationality are excluded since this is a multi-cultural music entertainment company, it’s not important what a human being’s ethnicity, race, or nationality is. A dream is a dream, a goal is a goal, and the love for music has no color.

Q. What experience do you have in the Kpop industry?

A. I have knowledge of how the music business operates, I’m very familiar with Kpop history, just as I am with other genres of music. Kpop is a music business.  However, the reason why there’s a Kpop industry is because of the United States pop music influence of the King of Pop, Michael Jackson, and other pop, R&B, rap artists. As far as experience goes, that comes from researching, studying, and learning which never ends. 

Q. How much do you know about debuting a group in Korea?

A. All artists with this company will be debuting in the States which has lots of opportunities for them and they will be promoted everywhere where there's a market. The Kpop group will already be known before performing in Korea. Although, the group is not fully formed; however, it’s already high interest in Latin America want the group to tour there. 

Q. How is all of this funded?

A.  As far as being funded, my hard work. 

Q.  This a small company?

A.  Not all, however, the majority of companies start off new and small. In the music business, it’s about growing the roster from small to large with the knowledge that is obtained and gained as well as being successful at doing so. Q. How is this training going to work, do you have trainers already?

A. Information on how the training will work will be sent via email to the "confirmed trainees" only as "The Training Program". There are Kpop trainees waiting to train in Sept. 2019.

Q. And housing is there already a house prepared?

A. This information will only be sent via email to the "confirmed trainees."

Q. The Kpop group is going to be all Asian background members?

A.  The group is not completely formed. The company advertised for "Kpop" singers, dancers, rappers, and visuals. However, the title "Kpop" may attract talent of Asian background.

Q. What if I'm not receiving your emails?

A. Please check your "Spam Mail."

Q. What makes this company different?

A. This is a multi-cultural music entertainment company that will be the home of other genres of music artists, not just Kpop artists.

Q. How will the artists be treated?

A. The artists will be treated with respect and dignity.

Q. Will there be anything fun for the artist to do?

A. Of course, the company will be located in the entertainment capital of the world, in the Los Angeles area. The "Confirmed Trainees" will be sent via email "The Training program" with the fun activities they will be able to do.

Q. Will the artists be able to have creative control; such as songwriting?

A. Absolutely, this company encourages all artists to create the music they want to create.

Q. Does this company have time to answer questions from auditioners?
